1.1 Brief introduction

Card dispenser of parking lot entrance is designed to meet the requirements of parking lot self-service management system performance, so it is easy to work with ground sensor, barrier gate and tickets dispenser. It is a part of parking lot management system. The machine can collect cards, control barrier gates, record parking lot information and feedback to service terminal and so on; therefore, it is an important part of S-Parking parking lot entrance management solution.

1.2 Functions and features

• Intelligent cards manage the vehicles using long-term monthly cards, compatible with IC,ID card, can realize the functions of time card, counting card, prepayment card, mother-son card (one vehicle with several cards) and so on. Reading cards in and out of the parking lot, one vehicle one card, convenient, fast and safe, can integrate with “all-in-one card”;
• Entrance unattended operation, entering with automatic dispensing card or self-service card reading, technical grade hardware circuit and embedded “dead halt” prevention software enabling stable work of the system all the time;

• The control machine can configure LCD or LED screen and provide detailed operating information and system information, making the automatic operation interface simple and friendly;
  • charge and computer management monitoring can go together, no influence for each other, realizing to separate management and charging, more concentrated, more effective charge and safer management;
• Off-line machine card reading and charge technology. Without the computer, monthly card users can access normally, temporary card users can take card, pay parking fee normally, and parking space counting is normal, charge personnel work as usual. The parking records buffer memory is in POS cash register, which can be uploaded to the computer data base automatically after on-line;
  • 6 categories user-defined charge standards, each includes many user-defined subitems, such as free time, period rate, batch charge, maximum amount and so on, the uses can composite the needed charge standard randomly;
• Computer management software provides practical and detailed monitoring management functions for managers without caring about the hardware operation. They only need to set or inquire related vehicles data, such as issue/modify monthly card, set charge standard, data statistics inquiry, printing reports etc. Support internet;
• Three levels level-to-level management of computer, POS communication/cash register, entrance and exit control machine, the fault of each level will affect others;
